1. Data Protection & Zero Training Guarantee

AppNexa strictly isolates all proprietary customer data, customer-configured credentials, CRM pipelines, and internal search telemetry. We never sell customer data, nor do we use your confidential internal inputs to train public foundational AI models.

2. Information We Collect

• Account identifiers: Email address, user name, and authentication tokens (Google OAuth / Supabase Auth).
• Public domain data: Public web endpoints, landing page meta tags, and third-party commercial search results.
• Optional connector tokens: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Stripe credentials configured by you for closed-loop proof.

3. Encryption & Security Standards

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with forward secrecy. Sensitive credentials and connector API keys are stored in encrypted Supabase PostgreSQL vaults protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.

4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to inspect, export, or permanently delete your account and all associated intelligence scans at any time from your account settings or by contacting privacy@appnexa.org.
