1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the AppNexa competitive intelligence platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an entity, you represent that you possess legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Subscription, Billing & Payment Processing
AppNexa services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Razorpay or Stripe international gateways. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your active subscription at any time directly from your Billing & Subscription management portal.
3. Permitted Use & Intelligence Accuracy
AppNexa provides mathematical ARR modeling and empirical discovery sampling based on public commercial signals. Intelligence estimates are calibrated from live category base rates and third-party channels to guide strategic growth initiatives.
